• 摘要：

• 目的    分析雌激素受体（ER）和组织蛋白酶B（CB）及盆底功能障碍性疾病（PFD）的相关性。方法    选取2015年1月至2016年10月新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院收治的因PFD行子宫全切术的绝经后女性患者32例作为观察组，以同期无PFD、因妇科良性疾病做子宫全切术的绝经后女性患者32例作为对照组。通过免疫组织化学方法检测阴道壁中ER、CB表达水平及阳性率。CB与ER的相关性分析采用Spearman秩和检验。结果    观察组ER-α的测定值及ER-α、ER-β的阳性率高于对照组［(30±6)%比(20±10)%、66.15%比25.96%、57.33%比16.53%］，差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)；观察组ER-β的测定值略高于对照组［(14±5)%比(10±5)%］，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。观察组CB的测定值及阳性率均低于对照组［(3.8±0.3)%比(5.0±0.4)%、23.43%比82.01%］，差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。CB水平与ER-α及ER-β表达水平均呈负相关关系(r=-0.646、-0.602，均P＜0.05)。结论    PFD患者ER水平升高，CB下降，CB和ER水平呈负相关关系。

• 【Abstract】Objective    To analyze the relation among estrogen receptor(ER), cathepsin B(CB) and pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD). Methods    Thirty-two postmenopausal women with PFD undergoing total hysterectomy from January 2015 to October 2016 in People′s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Antonomous Region were enrolled as observation group; 32 postmenopausal women undergoing total hysterectomy for benign gynecologic disease were enrolled as control group. Expressions of ER and CB in vaginal wall were tested by immunohistochemical method and the correlation between them was analyzed by Spearman test. Results    Value of ER-α and positive rates of ER-α and ER-β in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group［(30±6)% vs (20±10)%, 66.15% vs 25.96%, 57.33% vs 16.53%］(P<0.05). Value of ER-β in observation group was higher than that in control group［(14±5)% vs (10±5)%］（P＞0.05）. Value and positive rate of CB in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group［(3.8±0.3)% vs (5.0±0.4)%, 23.43% vs 82.01%］(P<0.05). Spearman test showed that CB expression was negatively correlated with ER-α and ER-β(r=-0.646, -0.602; P＜0.05). Conclusion    Expression of ER increases and CB decreases in patients with PFD; there is a negative correlation between expressions of CB and ER.
