• 【摘要】高血压是最常见的慢性病，可伴有心、脑、肾等器官功能或器质性损害的临床综合征，也是心脑血管病最主要的危险因素,因此高血压防治对人民健康尤为重要。本文对建国70年来我国高血压疾病的防治状况进行回顾并对防治现状进行总结。通过广大学者的努力，我国高血压和心血管病防治研究工作取得了前所未有的成就，但就目前心血管病增长的势头看，摆在我们面前的任务仍然十分艰巨。

• 【Abstract】Hypertension is a common chronic syndrome accompanied by functional or organic damage of the heart, brain, kidney and other organs, which may lead to high risk of cardiocerebrovascular diseases. Prevention and control of hypertension are urgent and important in the process of people′s health in China. This article reviews the history and current status in the management of hypertension in the past 70 years since the founding of the People′s Republic of China. China has made unprecedented achievements in the prevention and control research of hypertension and cardiovascular disease through tough efforts of lots of scholars. However, the increasing trend of cardiovascular disease presents formidable challenge for the future generations.
