我国儿童变应性鼻炎临床治疗现况的可视化分析

• 【摘要】目的    通过调查我国学者在国内发表的相关论文，了解我国儿童常见病变应性鼻炎的临床研究现况。方法    从中国知网数据库进行统计，收集我国科技人员2008—2017年发表的“儿童变应性鼻炎”临床治疗的相关专业论文，利用书目共现分析系统和SPSS软件对所采集的相关文献进行可视化分析。结果    国内儿童变应性鼻炎临床治疗的相关研究近年来论文数量呈上升趋势，在2014年达到最高峰，为90篇，2014年后趋于相对稳定。发表期刊所属的领域仍然以儿科学和耳鼻咽喉科专业为主，其中南京中医药大学发表文献数量最多，为11篇。目前关注的热点为药物治疗、免疫治疗、中医药治疗和鼻腔冲洗。战略坐标图第一象限，包括第1聚类关键词，具体内容为药物治疗，包括糖皮质激素、抗白三烯和抗组织胺药的治疗等，其向心度和密度均较高，提示儿童变应性鼻炎的药物治疗在整个研究主题中趋于核心作用。结论    目前在临床治疗中，对于变应性鼻炎这个儿科常见病尚无理想而特效的治疗方法，药物治疗和免疫治疗仍然是目前的主要手段。鼻腔冲洗和中医药治疗的研究尚不成熟。

• 【Abstract】Objective    To understand the current situation of clinical researches on allergic rhinitis in children by investigating related literatures published in China. Methods    Papers of clinical studies on treatment for allergic rhinitis in children published by Chinese scholars between 2008 and 2017 were screened through China National Knowledge Infrastructure database. Bibliographic Items Co-occurrence Matrix Builder(Bicomb) and Statistical Product and Service Solutions(SPSS) were used for data visualization analysis. Results    In recent years, the number of papers related to clinical treatment for allergic rhinitis in children had been on the rise in China, reaching the peak in 2014, with 90 papers, and tending to be stable after 2014. The main fields of publishing journals were pediatrics and otorhinolaryngology. Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine had the largest number of publications, which was 11. The focus of studies included drug treatment, immunotherapy, traditional Chinese medicine and nasal irrigation. The first quadrant of the strategic coordinate diagram, including the keywords in the first cluster, contained drug treatments such as glucocorticoids, antileukotrienes and antihistamines; the centripetal degree and density were high, suggesting that drug treatment was the core of researches on allergic rhinitis in children. Conclusions    Allergic rhinitis is a common pediatric disease that lacks of effective curative method. Drug therapy and immunotherapy are the main treatments. Traditional Chinese medicine and nasal irrigation are still under research.
