• 摘要：

• 新型冠状病毒肺炎的出现对公共卫生安全造成极大威胁。本文结合在武汉市方舱医院工作过程中的临床实际情况，针对医务人员预防用药和患者药物治疗方案提出了几个热点问题。经过多位专业人士的热烈讨论，现将讨论结果收集整理，查阅相关文献，阐述各问题现状，最后分析总结问题，以期为新型冠状病毒肺炎相关临床决策和临床研究提供参考。

• The emergence of corona virus disease-19（COVID-19） poses a great threat to public health and safety. Combined with the clinical practice in Wuhan fangcang shelter hospital, several issues for self-protection of medical staffs and treatment of epidemic infection are presented in this article to provide reference for clinical practice and decision. Countermeasures to current problems and challenges were discussed among experts in medical field. Conclusions were made based on the outcome of professional discussion and interpretation of relevant documents.
