  • 目的 探讨1型糖尿病(T1DM)患儿血清程序性细胞死亡受体1PD-1)及其配体和相关细胞因子水平变化及临床意义。方法 选取20179月至201810月于新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院就诊的45T1DM患儿(T1DM组),另选取同时期于本院体检健康的35例儿童(健康对照组)。比较2组血清PD-1、程序性细胞死亡受体配体1PD-L1)、PD-L2、白细胞介素4IL-4)、IL-17、调节性T细胞(Treg)、γ干扰素的表达水平。分析各细胞因子间的相关性。结果 T1DM组血清PD-L2Treg水平均高于健康对照组[(209±200ng/L比(97±36ng/L(27±20)μg/L(17±14)μg/L],IL-17水平低于健康对照组[(257±168ng/L比(328±160ng/L],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。T1DMTreg/IL-17比值高于健康对照组[0.0980.0460.203)比0.0440.0020.105)],差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,PD-L2IL-17Treg均无明显相关(r=0.1580.203P=0.3010.180)结论 T1DM患儿血清PD-L2Treg水平较高,IL-17水平较低,PD-L2IL-17Treg均无明显相关。

  • Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significances of serum programmed cell death-1(PD-1) and its ligands and related cytokines in children with type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1DM). Methods From September 2017 to October 2018, 45 children with T1DM admitted to Peoples Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were enrolled(T1DM group), and 35 healthy children undergoing physical examination at the same period in the hospital were enrolled(healthy control group). The serum levels of PD-1, programmed cell death-ligand 1(PD-L1), PD-L2, interleukin-4(IL-4), IL-17, regulatory T cells(Treg) and interferon-γ were compared between the two groups. The correlations among cytokines were analyzed. Results The serum levels of PD-L2 and Treg in T1DM group were higher than those in healthy control group(209±200)ng/L vs (97±36)ng/L, (27±20)μg/L vs (17±14)μg/L, and IL-17 level in T1DM group was lower than that in healthy control group(257±168)ng/L vs (328±160)ng/L(all P<0.05). The Treg/IL-17 value in T1DM group was higher than that in healthy control group0.098(0.046, 0.203) vs 0.044(0.002, 0.105)(P=0.001). Pearson correlated analysis showed that there were no significant correlations between PD-L2 and IL-17, Treg(r=0.158, 0.203; P=0.301, 0.180). Conclusions The serum levels of PD-L2 and Treg in children with T1DM are high, and IL-17 level is low. There were no significant correlations between PD-L2 and IL-17, Treg.
