北京地区不同职业人群幽门螺杆菌感染现状分析

• 摘要：

• 目的 了解北京地区不同职业人群幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染情况，为开展疾病预防提供参考。方法 收集2020年1—12月在中国人民解放军空军特色医学中心进行尿素13C呼气试验的北京地区在职健康体检者的体检资料进行统计，比较不同职业、不同性别、不同年龄Hp感染率，并对结果进行研究分析。结果 本次7 807例受检者中，Hp阳性为2 242例，总感染率为28.7%（2 242/7 807），其中中小学教师组感染率最低，为19.5%（187/958），公务员组感染率最高，为38.1%（856/2 248），差异有统计学意义（P<0.001）。不同年龄组人群感染率比较，41～50岁组感染率最高，高于40岁以下组和51岁以上组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。不同性别间感染率比较，男性总感染率为32.9%（1 361/4 134），女性为24.0%（881/3 673），差异有统计学意义（P<0.001）。结论 北京地区人群Hp感染率较国内平均感染水平低，Hp感染可能与职业、年龄、性别有关。

• Objective To investigate the prevalence of Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection in different occupations in Beijing, so as to provide reference for the disease prevention. Methods The physical examination data of in-service health checkups persons in Beijing were recorded, who underwent urea 13C breath test in Air Force Medical Center, the Chinese People′s Liberation Army from January to December 2020. The Hp infection rates in different occupations, genders and ages were compared and analyzed. Results The results showed that among the 7 807 subjects, 2 242 were Hp positive, and the total infection rate was 28.7%(2 242/7 807). The infection rate of teachers of primary and secondary school was the lowest［19.5%(187/958)］, while that of civil servants was the highest［38.1%(856/2 248)］, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001). Comparing the infected people with different ages displayed that the infection rate of 41-50 years old group was the highest, and it was higher than that of under 40 years old group and more than 51 years old group(P<0.01). The infection rate of male and female was 32.9%(1 361/4 134) and 24.0%(881/3 673), respectively, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001). Conclusions  The Hp infection rate in Beijing is lower than its average level in China. The Hp infection is possibly related to occupation, age and gender.
