• 摘要：

• 冠心病（冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病）是我国常见的心血管疾病，经皮冠状动脉介入（PCI）是冠心病重要的血运重建手段，术后长期管理与二级预防对于患者的康复十分关键。互联网医疗具有便捷、可靠、高效、全面等优势，已被证明可以通过辅助疾病长期管理、调整相关生活方式，有效改善心血管病患者预后与疾病结局。本文对近年来应用互联网医疗开展PCI术后患者管理的相关研究进行综述。

• Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease is a common cardiovascular disease in China. Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is an important technique of revascularization for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease. Long-term management and secondary prevention after operation are very important for the rehabilitation of patients. Internet medical care has the advantages in convenience, reliability, efficiency and comprehensive. It has been proven to effectively improve the prognosis and disease outcome of cardiovascular patients by assisting long-term disease management and adjusting related lifestyle. This paper reviews the relevant studies published in recent years on the application of Internet medical care in the management of patients after PCI.
