• 摘要：

• 免疫炎症反应在慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）中发挥重要作用。B细胞激活因子（BAFF）已被广泛研究用于自身免疫性疾病，如系统性红斑狼疮和类风湿关节炎等。BAFF与COPD异常免疫炎症反应的关系非常密切。然而，目前COPD中BAFF的产生机制及临床意义尚未完全明确。本文综述了近年来关于BAFF诱导COPD炎症反应发生机制方面的研究进展，以期为COPD免疫炎症反应的预防、治疗提供思路。

• Immune inflammatory response plays an important role in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). B cell activating factor (BAFF) has been widely studied for autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus and rheumatoid arthritis. BAFF is closely related to abnormal immune inflammatory response in COPD. However, the pathogenesis and clinical significance of BAFF in COPD have not been fully clarified. This paper reviews the research progress of BAFF in the pathogenesis of inflammatory in COPD in recent years, so as to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of immune inflammatory response in COPD.
