  • 目的 研究核转运蛋白α2 (KPNA2)和细胞分裂周期蛋白25同源蛋白C(CDC25C)在肝细胞癌组织中的表达及相关性。方法 回顾性收集山西省人民医院2012年9月至2015年10月手术切除的肝细胞癌石蜡包埋组织标本100例,另选取20例癌旁组织石蜡包埋标本。采用免疫组织化学染色检测肝细胞癌和癌旁组织中KPNA2和CDC25C的表达情况,采用Pearson相关性方法分析KPNA2和CDC25C表达的相关性,采用Kaplan-Meier法绘制生存曲线。结果 肝细胞癌组织中KPNA2、CDC25C高表达率均高于癌旁组织(均P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,KPNA2与CDC25C的表达呈正相关(r=0.317,P=0.002)。将患者分为KPNA2高表达组(53例)和低表达组(47例),CDC25C高表达组(65例)和低表达组(35例)。KPNA2高表达组和CDC25C高表达组甲胎蛋白>400 μg/L、肿瘤直径>5 cm比例均高于相应的低表达组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析结果显示,KPNA2高表达组和CDC25C高表达组总生存率均低于相应的低表达组(Log-rank χ2=3.887、10.339,P=0.049、0.001)。结论 肝细胞癌组织中KPNA2、CDC25C表达增加,且二者表达呈正相关。KPNA2、CDC25C高表达患者总生存率较低。

  • Objective To investigate expressions and correlation of karyopherin α2 (KPNA2) and cell division cyclin 25 homolog C (CDC25C) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissues. Methods From September 2012 to October 2015, 100 cases of paraffin embedded tissue samples of surgically resected HCC and 20 cases of paraffin embedded samples of paracancerous tissues were retrospectively collected. Expressions of KPNA2 and CDC25C in HCC and paracancerous tissues were detected by immunohistochemical staining. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation of KPNA2 with CDC25C expressions. Kaplan-Meier method was used to draw survival curve. Results The high-expression rates of KPNA2 and CDC25C in HCC tissues were higher than those in paracancerous tissues (both P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that the expressions of KPNA2 and CDC25C were positively correlated (r=0.317, P=0.002). Patients were divided into KPNA2 high-expression group (53 cases) and low-expression group (47 cases), and CDC25C high-expression group (65 cases) and low-expression group (35 cases). Rates of alpha fetoprotein >400 μg/L and tumor diameter >5 cm in KPNA2 high-expression group and CDC25C high-expression group were higher than those in relative low-expression groups (all P<0.05). Kaplan-Meier survival curve analysis showed that the total survival rate in KPNA2 high-expression group and CDC25C high-expression group was lower than that in relative low-expression groups (Log-rank χ2=3.887, 10.339; P=0.049, 0.001). Conclusions  Expressions of KPNA2 and CDC25C increase in HCC tissues, and the two expressions are positively correlated. Patients with high expressions of KPNA2 and CDC25C have lower total survival rate.
