• 摘要：

• 冠心病（冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病）与焦虑关系密切，焦虑情绪可以影响冠心病的发展和预后，严重威胁人类身心健康，及时评估冠心病患者心理状态并采取针对性干预措施至关重要。本文就冠心病合并焦虑的影响因素，以及认知行为疗法、生物反馈疗法、中医治疗等干预疗法的最新研究进展进行综述，以期加深临床医师对冠心病合并焦虑的认识，为临床诊治提供参考。

• Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease is closely related to anxiety. Anxiety can affect the development and prognosis of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, which seriously threatens human physical and mental health. It is very important to timely assess the psychological status of patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and take targeted intervention measures. This article reviews the influencing factors of anxiety associated with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, as well as the latest research progress of cognitive behavioral therapy, biofeedback therapy, traditional Chinese medicine therapy and other intervention therapies of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease complicated with anxiety, in order to deepen clinicians′ understanding of anxiety associated with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
