中药热奄包联合推拿按摩对甲状腺癌患者术后颈肩综合征的治疗效果分析

• 摘要：

• 目的 研究中药热奄包联合中医推拿按摩对甲状腺癌患者术后颈肩综合征的治疗效果。方法 选取2019年8月至2020年8月于甘肃省肿瘤医院行单侧功能性颈部淋巴结清扫术且术后出现颈肩综合征的甲状腺癌患者273例。根据治疗方式的不同，将患者分为热奄包组（57例）、推拿按摩组（65例）、联合组（102例）和对照组（49例）。比较4组患者治疗前后的视觉模拟量表评分和治疗1周后缓解率。结果 治疗后，热奄包组、推拿按摩组、联合组视觉模拟量表评分均低于治疗前，且热奄包组、推拿按摩组及联合组均低于对照组［（2.7±0.7）、（2.6±0.9）、（1.7±0.7）分比（4.7±0.9）分］，联合组低于热奄包组、推拿按摩组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。治疗后，热奄包组和推拿按摩组及联合组缓解率均高于对照组［84.2%（48/57）、76.9%（50/65）、90.2%（92/102）比38.8%（19/49）］，且联合组高于热奄包组、推拿按摩组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论 中药热奄包联合中医推拿按摩对缓解甲状腺癌患者术后颈肩综合征疗效显著。

• Objective To study the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot package combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage on postoperative neck-shoulder syndrome in patients with thyroid cancer. Methods  A total of 273 thyroid cancer patients who underwent unilateral functional neck lymph node dissection and developed neck-shoulder syndrome after surgery in Gansu Provincial Cancer Hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected. According to the different treatment methods  , the patients were divided into hot package group (57 cases), massage group (65 cases), combined group (102 cases) and control group (49 cases). The visual analogue scale scores before and after treatment and the remission rate after 1 week of treatment were compared among the four groups. Results After treatment, the visual analogue scale scores of hot packet group, massage group and combined group were lower than those before treatment, and the scores of hot packet group and massage group and combined group were lower than those of control group ［(2.7±0.7), (2.6±0.9), (1.7±0.7) vs (4.7±0.9)］, and the scores of combined group were lower than those of hot packet group and massage group (all P<0.05). After treatment, the remission rates of the hot packet group and the massage group and combined group were higher than those of the control group ［84.2%(48/57), 76.9%(50/65), 90.2%(92/102) vs 38.8%(19/49)］, and the remission rates of the combined group were higher than those of the hot packet group and the massage group (all P<0.05). Conclusions    Traditional Chinese medicine hot package combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage has a significant effect on relieving postoperative neck-shoulder syndrome in patients with thyroid cancer.
