地奥心血康软胶囊联合富马酸比索洛尔片治疗劳力型心绞痛的临床效果研究

• 摘要：

• 目的  探讨地奥心血康软胶囊联合富马酸比索洛尔片治疗劳力型心绞痛的临床效果。方法  选取2021年5月至2023年5月川北医学院附属医院收治的106例劳力型心绞痛患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将106例患者分为对照组（53例）和观察组（53例）。对照组采用富马酸比索洛尔片口服治疗，观察组采用地奥心血康软胶囊联合富马酸比索洛尔片口服治疗，2组均治疗1个月。比较2组患者的临床疗效以及治疗前后西雅图心绞痛量表（SAQ）评分、6 min步行试验（6MWT）距离、心绞痛发作持续时间、血清脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2（Lp-PLA2）、丙二醛、C反应蛋白（CRP）。观察治疗期间发生的不良反应。结果  观察组总有效率高于对照组［94.3%（50/53）比81.1%（43/53）］（χ2=4.296，P=0.038）。治疗后，2组SAQ中的心绞痛发作频率（AF）、心绞痛稳定状态（AS）、躯体活动受限程度（PL）、疾病的认识、治疗满意度评分均高于治疗前，且观察组AF、AS、PL评分均高于对照组（均P<0.05）。治疗后，2组6MWT距离均长于治疗前且观察组长于对照组，心绞痛发作持续时间短于治疗前且观察组短于对照组（均P<0.05）。治疗后，2组血清Lp-PLA2、丙二醛、CRP水平均低于治疗前，且观察组均低于对照组（均P<0.05）。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论  地奥心血康软胶囊联合富马酸比索洛尔片治疗劳力型心绞痛具有较好的临床效果，可降低机体的脂质过氧化反应和炎症因子水平，且不良反应较少。

• Objective  To investigate the clinical effect of Di′ao Xinxuekang soft capsules combined with bisoprolol fumarate tablets in the treatment of exertional angina. Methods  A total of 106 patients with exertional angina admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects. The 106 patients were divided into control group (53 cases) and observation group (53 cases) by random number table method. The control group was treated with bisoprolol fumarate tablets orally, while the observation group was treated with Di′ao Xinxuekang soft capsules combined with bisoprolol fumarate tablets orally. Both groups were treated for 1 month. The clinical efficacy, Seattle angina questionnaire (SAQ) score, the 6 min walk test (6MWT) distance, duration of angina attack, serum lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 (Lp-PLA2), malondialdehyde (MDA) and C-reactive protein (CRP) before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Adverse reactions during treatment were observed. Results  The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ［94.3%（50/53） vs 81.1%（43/53）］(χ2=4.296， P=0.038). After treatment, scores of anginal frequency (AF), anginal stability (AS), physical limitation (PL), disease awareness, and treatment satisfaction in SAQ of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the scores of AF, AS and PL of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (all P<0.05). After treatment, the 6MWT distances of the two groups were longer than those before treatment, and the observation group was longer than the control group, and the duration of angina attack was shorter than that before treatment, and the observation group was shorter than the control group (all P<0.05). After treatment, serum levels of Lp-PLA2, MDA and CRP in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group (all P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reaction between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion  Di′ao Xinxuekang soft capsules combined with bisoprolol fumarate tablets has good clinical effect in the treatment of exertional angina, which can reduce the lipid peroxidation and inflammatory factors level of the body, and has few adverse reactions.
