中枢性性早熟女童血清神经肽吻素和网膜素-1的表达与骨龄指数和卵巢体积的相关性分析

  • 目的 探讨中枢性性早熟女童血清神经肽吻素、网膜素-1的表达与骨龄指数、卵巢体积的相关性。方法 选取2022年7月至2023年6月于河北省唐山市妇幼保健院进行治疗的中枢性性早熟女童85例作为观察组。另选取70例同期体检正常女童作为对照组。比较2组相关临床指标、神经肽吻素、网膜素-1水平。采用Logistic回归分析法分析骨龄指数、卵巢体积的影响因素。采用Pearson相关性分析法分析中枢性性早熟女童神经肽吻素、网膜素-1表达与骨龄指数、卵巢体积的相关性。结果 观察组神经肽吻素、骨龄指数、卵巢体积高于/大于对照组[(2.68±1.05)μg/L比(0.60±0.20)μg/L、(1.67±0.25)比(1.02±0.06)、(3.68±0.58)cm3比(2.70±0.29)cm3],网膜素-1水平低于对照组[(27±4)μg/L比(70±8)μg/L],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,预测成年身高、雌二醇、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、骨源性碱性磷酸酶、骨钙素、胰岛素样生长因子1、神经肽吻素、网膜素-1为骨龄指数的影响因素(均P<0.001),子宫体积、雌二醇、LH、FSH、神经肽吻素、网膜素-1为卵巢体积的影响因素(均P<0.001)。中枢性性早熟女童神经肽吻素与骨龄指数(r=0.634,P=0.001)、卵巢体积(r=0.533,P=0.001)呈正相关;网膜素-1与骨龄指数(r=-0.569,P=0.001)、卵巢体积(r=-0.459,P=0.001)呈负相关。结论 中枢性性早熟女童神经肽吻素表达升高,网膜素-1表达降低,神经肽吻素与患儿骨龄指数、卵巢体积呈正相关,网膜素-1与患儿骨龄指数、卵巢体积呈负相关。

  • Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of kisspeptin and omentin-1 and bone age index and ovarian volume in girls with central precocious puberty. Methods A total of 85 girls with central precocious puberty who were treated in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Tangshan City, Hebei Province from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the observation group, and another 70 healthy girls who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of related clinical indexes, kisspeptin and omentin-1 were compared between the two groups. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of bone age index and ovarian volume. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the expression of kisspeptin and omentin-1 with bone age index and ovarian volume in girls with central precocious puberty. Results The levels of kisspeptin, bone age index and ovarian volume in the observation group were significantly higher/greater than those in the control group[(2.68±1.05)μg/L vs (0.60±0.20)μg/L, (1.67±0.25) vs (1.02±0.06), (3.68±0.58)cm3 vs (2.70±0.29)cm3], while the level of omentin-1 in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group[(27±4)μg/L vs (70±8)μg/L](all P<0.001). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that predicting adult height, estradiol, luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), bone-derived alkaline phosphatase, osteocalcin, insulin-like growth factor-1, kisspeptin and omentin-1 were the influencing factors of bone age index (all P<0.001), while uterine volume, estradiol, LH, FSH, kisspeptin and omentin-1 were the influencing factors of ovarian volume (all P<0.001). Kisspeptin in girls with central precocious puberty was positively correlated with bone age index (r=0.634, P=0.001) and ovarian volume (r=0.533, P=0.001), and the omentin-1 was negatively correlated with bone age index (r=-0.569, P=0.001) and ovarian volume (r=-0.459, P=0.001). Conclusion The expression of kisspeptin increases in girls with central precocious puberty, while the expression of omentin-1 decreases. Kisspeptin is positively correlated with the bone age index and ovarian volume of pediatric patients, while omentin-1 is negatively correlated with the bone age index and ovarian volume of pediatric patients.
