  • 骨质疏松症(OP)是骨科常见的慢性疾病之一,以骨量降低和骨结构破坏为特征,骨折是其最严重的并发症,极大地影响患者生活质量。OP发生发展过程中所涉及的生理机制极其复杂,而年龄增长和雌激素不足引起的体内氧化应激水平的上升,是发生OP的一项重要原因。虽然目前治疗骨质疏松的药物众多,但均存在着或轻或重的不良反应,甚至可能加重患者的痛苦。白藜芦醇是一种天然存在的植物化合物,具有抗氧化的性质,能通过多种途径降低体内氧化应激水平,沉默信息调节因子1即为其中一个靶点。本文将综述白藜芦醇激活沉默信息调节因子1后,通过不同机制发挥其抗氧化应激效应治疗OP的研究进展,以期为科研工作者提供新的思路,也为临床医师在治疗OP时提供新的方向。

  • Osteoporosis (OP) is one of the common chronic diseases in orthopedics, which is characterized by bone loss and bone structure destruction. Fracture is its most serious complication, which greatly affects the quality of life of patients. The physiological mechanism involved in the occurrence and development of OP is extremely complex, and the increase of oxidative stress level caused by age and estrogen deficiency is an important reason for the occurrence of OP. Although there are many drugs for the treatment of osteoporosis, they all have mild or severe adverse reactions, and may even aggravate the suffering of patients. Resveratrol, a naturally occurring plant compound with antioxidant properties, can reduce oxidative stress in the body through a variety of pathways, and silent information regulator 1 is one of the targets. This article reviews the research progress of resveratrol in the treatment of OP by activating silent information regulator 1 and exercising its anti-oxidative stress effect through different mechanisms, in order to provide new ideas for researchers and new directions for clinicians in the treatment of OP.
