  • Hippo信号通路是一条在生物学过程中扮演重要角色的信号传导途径,能调节细胞的增殖、凋亡和分化等过程。骨质疏松症(OP)是一种以骨量减少和骨微结构破坏为特征的骨代谢疾病。Hippo信号通路可平衡成骨细胞和破骨细胞的占比,对OP的发生发展有重要调控作用。Hippo在骨发育与稳态中具有多方面调控作用,包括对间充质干细胞谱系分化、造血干细胞增殖成熟、成纤维样滑膜细胞功能、巨噬细胞促进分化的影响。本文重点讨论了Hippo信号通路对成骨细胞、破骨细胞及间充质干细胞在OP中的作用机制,同时聚焦OP与Hippo信号通路的关系及治疗前景,如靶向调控相关分子、利用细胞外泌体介导治疗、结合其他治疗手段协同增效、中药应用等,以期为后续OP的研究提供新思路。本文除对相关研究进行总结外,还指出需进一步研究Hippo信号通路在OP相关通路中的作用,阐明Hippo信号通路的精确功能对开发新的治疗靶点及手段有重要意义。

  • Hippo signaling pathway is a signaling pathway that plays an important role in biological processes, which can regulate cell proliferation, apoptosis and differentiation. Osteoporosis (OP) is a bone metabolic disease characterized by loss of bone mass and destruction of bone microstructure. Hippo signaling pathway can balance the proportion of osteoblasts and osteoclasts, which plays an important role in the regulation of OP. Hippo has multiple regulatory effects on bone development and homeostasis, including the effects on the differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells, the proliferation and maturation of hematopoietic stem cells, the function of fibroblast-like synoviocytes, and the promotion of macrophage differentiation.This article focuses on the mechanism of Hippo signaling pathway in osteoblasts, osteoclasts and mesenchymal stem cells in OP, and focuses on the relationship between OP and Hippo signaling pathway and its treatment prospects, such as targeted regulation of related molecules, the use of exosomes to mediate therapy, the combination of other therapeutic methods , and the application of traditional Chinese medicine. It is expected to provide new ideas for the follow-up research of OP. In addition to summarizing related studies, this review also points out that further studies are needed to explore the role of Hippo signaling pathway in OP-related pathways. Clarifying the precise function of Hippo signaling pathway is of great significance for the development of new therapeutic targets and methods .
