目的 探讨地木耳菌粉对营养肥胖型大鼠的减肥降脂作用。方法 建立营养肥胖型大鼠模型,将4周龄雄性SD型断奶无特定病原体级大鼠分为空白对照组、模型对照组、辛伐他汀组、二甲双胍组和地木耳菌粉高、中、低剂量组,各15只。空白对照组饲喂普通饲料;模型对照组、辛伐他汀组、二甲双胍组和地木耳菌粉高、中、低剂量组均饲喂高脂饲料,并分别灌胃给予相应药物,1次/d,连续8周。比较各组大鼠干预8周后体质量、脏器指数和血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平。结果 干预8周后,模型对照组大鼠体质量明显高于空白对照组[(524±37)g比(473±44)g](P<0.05),二甲双胍组、辛伐他汀组和地木耳菌粉高、中、低剂量组体质量[(486±40)、(506±34)、(444±47)、(447±30)、(456±27)g]明显低于模型对照组(均P<0.05)。辛伐他汀组和地木耳菌粉高、中、低剂量组大鼠肝指数明显低于模型对照组(均P<0.05);模型对照组肾指数与其余各给药组比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);辛伐他汀组和地木耳菌粉高剂量组脾指数明显高于模型对照组(均P<0.01)。地木耳菌粉高、中、低剂量组血清三酰甘油、总胆固醇水平均明显低于模型对照组,LDL-C水平均明显高于模型对照组(P<0.05);地木耳菌粉中、低剂量组血清HDL-C水平均明显低于模型对照组(P<0.05)。结论 地木耳菌粉可降低营养肥胖型大鼠体质量,同时对大鼠肝脏肿大有缓解作用,对肾脏无明显影响,对脾脏有一定损伤作用,还可降低血清三酰甘油和总胆固醇水平。
Weight-loss and lipid-lowering effects of nostoc commune powder on rats

【Abstract】Objective To explore the weight-loss and lipid-lowering effects of nostoc commune powder on rats with nutritional obesity. Methods Nutritional obese SD rats (4 weeks old, specific pathogen free) were divided into blank control group, model control group, simvastatin group, metformin group and high, medium, low doses of nostoc commune powder groups. The blank control group had normal diet; other groups had high-fat diet and corresponding medical treatments(once daily for 8 weeks). Body mass, organ index, serum levels of total cholesterol(TC), triacylglycerol(TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) were analyzed after 8 weeks of treatment. Results After treatment, body mass in model control group was significantly higher than that in blank control group[(524±37)g vs (473±44)g](P<0.05); body mass in metformin group, simvastatin group and high, medium, low doses of nostoc commune powder groups[(486±40),(506±34),(444±47),(447±30),(456±27)g] was significantly lower than that in model control group(P<0.05). Liver index in simvastatin group and high, medium, low doses of nostoc commune powder groups was significantly lower than that in model control group(P<0.05). Renal index had no significant differences between model control group and other groups(P>0.05). Spleen index in simvastatin group and high dose nostoc commune powder group was significantly higher than that in model control group(P<0.01). TC and TG in high, medium, low doses of nostoc commune powder groups were significantly lower and LDL-C was significantly higher than those in model control group(P<0.05). HDL-C in medium and low doses of nostoc commune powder groups was significantly lower than that in model control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Nostoc commune powder can reduce body weight, serum TC, TG and alleviate liver enlargement in rats with nutritional obesity; it has no obvious effect on kidney but may have some injury on spleen.
