外科手术部位感染危险因素研究进展

• 手术部位感染患者机体会表现出具体的临床症状如炎症、红肿、疼痛、发热和功能障碍等，严重者终生致残，甚至危及生命。现代外科治疗使患者疾病的治愈率明显提高，然而手术部位感染仍然是一种常见的术后并发症。外科手术部位感染的微生物主要来源于手术区域邻近的皮肤及其关联结构。本文结合国内外近年权威学者文献对手术部位感染发生的主要风险因素如微生物因素、患者因素与围术期因素进行论述。手术部位感染的预防是保证患者预后的重要步骤。虽然最近几十年使手术部位感染发生率下降的突破性成果数量正在逐步减少，但是手术部位感染预防的相关多学科研究在不断进行中。

  【Abstract】Surgical site infection is a common postoperative complication that has specific clinical symptoms such as inflammation, redness and swelling, pain, fever and dysfunction, even disability and threat to life. Microorganisms in surgical site infection mainly originate from adjacent skin and structures in surgical area. This paper summarized major risk factors of surgical site infection, including microbial factors, patient factors and preoperative factors. Prevention of surgical site infection is an important procedure to ensure prognosis of patients and multidisciplinary studies on it are continually under investigation.
