• 摘要：

• 目的 分析苯磺酸氨氯地平的临床药理作用及应用效果。方法 选取2015年3月至2016年6月于新疆医科大学第一附属医院接受苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗的心血管疾病患者119例（高血压45例、心力衰竭35例、心绞痛39例）作为观察组，另取同期使用常规药物治疗的心血管疾病患者113例（高血压42例、心力衰竭34例、心绞痛37例）作为对照组。比较2组患者的临床疗效及生活质量。结果 观察组高血压患者的治疗总有效率为91.1%（41/45），明显高于对照组的73.8%（31/42），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组心力衰竭患者的治疗总有效率为94.3%（33/35），明显高于对照组的76.5%（26/34），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组心绞痛患者的治疗总有效率为92.3%（36/39），明显高于对照组的73.0%（27/37），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组治疗后健康调查量表SF-36生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、精力、情感职能、精神健康、总体健康评分均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论 苯磺酸氨氯地平的药效发挥平缓，持续时间长，对高血压、心力衰竭以及心绞痛有明显的临床疗效。

• Objective To analyze the clinical pharmacological action and effect of amlodipine. Methods From March 2015 to June 2016, 119 patients who took amlodipine besylate for cardiovascular diseases (45 cases of hypertension, 35 cases of heart failure, 39 cases of angina pectoris) in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were enrolled as observation group; 113 patients (42 cases of hypertension, 34 cases of heart failure, 37 cases of angina pectoris) with routine drug therapy were enrolled as control group. The curative effect and quality of life were analyzed. Results Effective rates of hypertension, heart failure and angina pectoris in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group［91.1%（41/45） vs 73.8%（31/42）, 94.3%（33/35） vs 76.5%（26/34）, 92.3%（36/39） vs 73.0%（27/37）］（P＜0.05）. After treatment, scores of physical function, physical role, physical pain, social function, energy, emotional function, mental health and overall health in SF-36 in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group（P＜0.05）. Conclusion Amlodipine is effective in treatment of hypertension, heart failure and angina pectoris.
