• 摘要：

• 羟基红花黄色素A(HSYA)是中药红花中含量最高的水溶性成分，是红花黄色素的主要药理活性成分，已经广泛用于心脑血管疾病的治疗中。HSYA的脑保护作用机制多而复杂，对不同脑组织所产生的保护作用也不同，主要作用于神经元、神经胶质细胞、脑血管内皮细胞、血脑屏障等大脑构成组分。本文对HSYA的脑保护作用、脑保护作用靶点及机制研究作简要综述，以期为HSYA的进一步研究及临床应用提供参考和依据。

• Hydroxy safflower yellow A （HSYA） is the highest water-soluble component in safflower; it is the main pharmacological active constituent of safflower yellow pigment. With protective effects on different cerebral components, HSYA has been proved a widely applicable value in clinical treatment of cardiovascular diseases. This article reviewed the protective effect and multiple targets of HSYA on cerebral neurons, glial cells, vascular endothelial cells, blood brain barrier and other brain tissues, providing reference and basis for further studies and clinical application of HSYA.
