• 【摘要】黄褐斑是一种常见的获得性色素增多性皮肤病，病因较复杂，其治疗仍然是皮肤科的难题之一。目前关于黄褐斑的治疗方案较多，但是尚没有单一特效的治疗方法。中医治疗黄褐斑主要以辨证理论治疗为基础，辨证分型为气滞血瘀证、肝郁脾虚证和肝肾阴虚证。综合治疗是治疗黄褐斑的趋势，以外用药物治疗为基础，联合内用抗氧化剂、氨甲环酸、中药等，中重度黄褐斑可选择化学剥脱或激光、强脉冲光等联合治疗。

  【Abstract】Chloasma is a common acquired pigmentary dermatosis with complicated etiology and pathogenesis. Chinese traditional treatments for chloasma are based on the syndrome differentiation theory; differentiation syndromes of chloasma include qi stagnation and blood stasis, liver depression and spleen deficiency, and yin deficiency of liver and kidney. Without single effective therapeutic method, combined treatments for chloasma are widely used; external drugs combined with oral antioxidants, tranexamic acid and Chinese herbs are safe and effective; chemical peeling, laser and intense pulsed light therapy can be used in treating moderate-to-severe chloasma.
