• 深静脉置管因为保留时间较长、输液种类多、导管弹性好、对血管伤害小等优点，在神经重症监护患者的抢救、快速补液、特殊用药、血流动力学监测、营养支持方面起到不可估量的作用。随着深静脉置管广泛应用，深静脉导管相关性血流感染（CRBSI）的问题也愈加突出。本文将通过分析研究最新国内外相关文献，总结CRBSI的定义、诊断方式、危险因素及循证证实有效的预防CRBSI的综合措施，为降低CRBSI发病率相关工作的开展提供参考。

  【Abstract】Deep venous catheterization is widely used for rescue, rapid infusion, special medication, hemodynamic monitoring and nutritional support in neurological intensive care patients due to the advantages of long retention time, good elasticity and little vascular damage. Catheter-related bloodstream infection（CRBSI） is a severe complication that causes serious harms on patients with deep venous catheterization. This article reviewed the definition, diagnostic code, risk factors and evidence-based preventive measures of CRBSI.
