行气通腑化浊外敷方联合常规西医方法治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻的效果观察

• 目的    探讨行气通腑化浊外敷方联合常规西医方法治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻的效果。方法    选取2015年11月至2017年10月于中国医学科学院肿瘤医院和北京中医药大学东方医院行腹部肿瘤手术后发生早期炎性肠梗阻的患者58例，完全随机分为常规治疗组（29例）和中药外敷组（29例），常规治疗组和中药外敷组研究期间分别自动退出2例和1例，最终分别纳入27例和28例。常规治疗组采用西医常规方法治疗，中药外敷组在常规治疗组基础上联合行气通腑化浊外敷方治疗。比较2组患者治疗后肠梗阻症状恢复时间、肠鸣音恢复时间和排气恢复时间。观察2组治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果    中药外敷组治疗后肠梗阻症状恢复时间、肠鸣音恢复时间和排气恢复时间均明显短于常规治疗组［（6±5）d比（15±8）d、（5±5）d比（13±8）d、（6±5）d比（14±8）d］，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。2组患者治疗过程中均未出现不良反应。结论    行气通腑化浊外敷方联合常规西医治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻安全有效，且较单用常规西医治疗方法具有一定的优势。

• Objective    To analyze the effect of Xingqi Tongfu Huazhuo external prescription combined with conventional western medical treatment on early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction（EPISBO）. Methods    A total of 58 patients with EPISBO after abdominal tumor surgery at Cancer Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Dongfang Hospital, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from November 2015 to October 2017 were randomly divided into conventional treatment group(29 cases) and Chinese medicine group(29 cases); 2 patients in conventional treatment group and 1 patient in Chinese medicine group withdrew from the study during treatment; finally 27 cases in conventional treatment group and 28 cases in Chinese medicine group were enrolled. Conventional treatment group was treated by western medicine. Chinese medicine group was treated by both Xingqi Tongfu Huazhuo external prescription and western medicine. Bowel obstruction symptom recovery time, bowel sound recovery time, exhaust recovery time and adverse reactions were analyzed. Results    Bowel obstruction symptom recovery time, bowel sound recovery time and exhaust recovery time in Chinese medicine group were significantly shorter than those in conventional treatment group［（6±5）d vs （15±8）d, （5±5）d vs （13±8）d, （6±5）d vs （14±8）d］（P＜0.05）. No adverse reaction was observed during treatment. Conclusion    Xingqi Tongfu Huazhuo external prescription combined with conventional western medicine is safe and effective in treatment of EPISBO.
