• 瘢痕是各种创伤所导致的正常皮肤组织的外观形态和组织病理学改变的统称，是人体创伤修复过程中的必然产物。但形成的过度增生不仅会导致患者生理及心理上的疾病，而且还会加重家庭及社会的经济负担。瘢痕疙瘩的形成受参与伤口愈合过程中诸多因素的影响，如过度的炎性反应、异常的组织修复以及异常的免疫系统等，这其中涉及到很多信号通路，目前的研究表明，这些信号通路对于指导瘢痕疙瘩的预防和治疗有重大的意义。

• 【Abstract】Scar is a general term for the appearance and histopathological changes of normal skin tissue caused by trauma. It is an inevitable outcome of human wound repair process. Hypertroic scar and keloids not only cause physiological and psychological diseases, but also aggravate the economic burden of family and society. Keloid formation can be influenced by many factors such as excessive inflammatory reaction, abnormal tissue repair and abnormal immune response. There are many signaling pathways involved in wound healing process and these signaling pathways are significant for the prevention and treatment of keloids.
