• 【摘要】自身免疫性甲状腺炎的发病与情志、饮食、水土、体质等因素密切相关，病及肝、脾、肾三脏，病机总属本虚标实。本文依据中医整体观念和辨证论治的理论精髓,从后天之本“脾”入手，以“补气健脾”为基本原则,以补中益气汤的前期研究成果为基础，综合机体免疫功能、神经-内分泌-免疫系统探讨补气健脾法改善自身免疫性甲状腺炎免疫失衡状态的机制。

• 【Abstract】Autoimmune thyroiditis is associated with the dysfunction of liver, spleen and kidney; cause of the disease includes mutiple factors such as emotion, diet, region and body constitution. Traditional Chinese medical theory reveals the essence of treatment for autoimmune thyroiditis according to the syndrome differentiation theory; spleen-strengthening and Qi-invigorating is the basic principle of treatment. Buzhong Yiqi decoction is a classical herbal prescription that has regulatory effect on immunologic function and neuroendocrine-immune system. This paper discussed possible mechanisms of spleen-strengthening and Qi-invigorating herbal medicine in treatment of immune imbalance of autoimmune thyroiditis.
