【摘要】脂肪酸结合蛋白是一种分子结构高度保守的蛋白质家族,其作用是保护细胞脆弱的脂质平衡。脂肪细胞型脂肪酸结合蛋白(AFABP)被认为是成熟脂肪细胞中最丰富的蛋白质之一。已有研究表明,AFABP生物反应在脂类代谢和各种疾病中显示出重要作用,尤其与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)、心力衰竭等关系密切。大量研究已经证实血清AFABP参与到动脉粥样斑块的形成,它能预测斑块面积的大小及冠状动脉的狭窄程度,可能是预测冠心病的一种新型炎症因子;同时,AFABP与大动脉硬化相关,提示其与高血压之间的潜在联系;而且它与心室重塑和心室舒张功能不全相关,表明AFABP在心力衰竭方面的预测价值。总之,AFABP在多种心血管疾病中作用重大,它可能是治疗心血管疾病的一个新靶点。
【Abstract】Fatty acid binding proteins are members of a highly conserved protein family with the action of protecting lipid balance in cells. Adipocyte fatty acid binding protein(AFABP) is known as one of the most abundant proteins in mature adipocytes. Biological response of AFABP plays an important role in lipid metabolism and some diseases, especially in cardiovascular diseases such as coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and heart failure. Some studies have demonstrated that serum AFABP are involved in atherosclerosis and it has predictive value for plaque area and coronary artery stenosis. The association between AFABP and aorta atherosclerosis suggests a potential link between AFABP and hypertension. Moreover, AFABP is correlated with ventricular remodeling and left ventricular diastolic dysfunction, indicating the role of it in heart failure. In conclusion, AFABP may be a new target for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
