生物制剂治疗儿童白塞病的研究进展

• 【摘要】白塞病是一种慢性系统性炎症性疾病，以复发性口腔溃疡、生殖器溃疡和葡萄膜炎为典型表现，可累及多个器官和系统，基本病理改变为血管炎。儿童白塞病发病率低。常规治疗是激素及免疫抑制剂，生物制剂是近年来应用于治疗难治性白塞病一种新方法。本文结合相关文献阐述了几种生物制剂治疗儿童白塞病的作用机制，包括肿瘤坏死因子α抑制剂、干扰素α、白细胞介素6受体拮抗剂、白细胞介素1抑制剂，以提高对该病治疗的认识。

• 【Abstract】Behcet′s disease is a chronic systemic inflammatory disease characterized by recurrent oral ulcers, genital ulcers and uveitis; multiple organs and systems are involved; the basic pathological change is vasculitis. Prevalence of Behcet′s disease is low in children. Conventional therapies are glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants. Biological agents are new kinds of effective therapeutic choice for refractory Behcet′s disease. This paper reviewed the mechanisms of main kinds of biological agents including tumor necrosis factor-α inhibitor, interferon-α, interleukin-6 receptor antagonist and interleukin-1 inhibitor in treatment of Behcet′s disease in children.
