• 【摘要】急性冠状动脉综合征（ACS）是当今世界范围内的主要死亡原因之一，因患者情况不同，ACS导致死亡的风险也有所不同，因此早期风险分层对ACS患者的诊断及治疗有着重要的引导作用。全球急性冠状动脉事件注册（GRACE）危险评分系统针对ACS疾病有重要作用，可进行危险分层并预测死亡风险，从而指导治疗，以避免因临床评价缺乏有效预测而导致治疗时机的延误，病情恶化。GRACE评分的用法并非单一，既可单独用于不良事件发生的预测，又可与其他指标共同评价疾病的严重程度。本文将对GRACE评分在ACS中的应用进展进行综述。

• 【Abstract】Acute coronary syndrome（ACS） is one of the leading causes of death in the world. The risk of ACS-induced death is different among individual patients. Therefore, early risk stratification of ACS has great significance in the diagnosis and treatment. Global Registry of Acute Coronary Events(GRACE) score system has important values in the risk stratification and death prediction of ACS. It helps guide clinical procedure and avoid the delay of effective therapeutic measures. GRACE score can be used alone to predict the occurrence of adverse events, or it can be used together with other indicators to assess the severity of disease. This article reviewed the progress of GRACE score in ACS.
