• 【摘要】肾癌是泌尿系统常见的恶性肿瘤，4%～10%的局部进展期肾癌伴下腔静脉瘤栓。根治性肾切除术和下腔静脉瘤栓切除术可以有效改善预后。充分合理地利用多模态影像可为临床诊疗方案选择提供可靠依据。本文总结了多模态影像评估在诊断中的价值，并指出多模态分子影像为今后的发展方向。

• 【Abstract】Renal cell carcinoma is a common malignant tumor of urinary system, which can involve inferior vena cava in approximate 4% to 10% of patients. Radical nephrectomy and resection of inferior vena cava tumor thrombus can effectively improve the prognosis. Rational use of multimodality images can provide reliable evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment. This paper summarized the diagnostic value of multimodal imaging and pointed out that multimodal molecular imaging is the future development direction.
