医院麻醉类药品的应用情况与分析

• 【摘要】目的    分析2015年8月至2018年7月安徽省滁州市第一人民医院麻醉类药品的应用现状和趋势，以提高对麻醉药品的管理水平。方法    采用回顾性分析方法，对2015年8月至2018年7月安徽省滁州市第一人民医院麻醉药品的销售金额、使用量、用药频度、限定日剂量、限定日费用和药品销售金额排序/用药频度排序（排序比）进行统计分析。结果    2015年8月至2018年7月3年间枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液的销售金额均居第1位（2015年8月至2016年7月、2016年8月至2017年7月、2017年8月至2018年 7月分别为206 700.40、274 028.54、307 190.91元），并且销售金额呈逐年升高趋势，盐酸羟考酮缓释片(10 mg)的销售金额均居第2位。2015年8月至2018年7月3年间盐酸吗啡注射液的用药频度值最高（分别为8 505.00、10 026.67、11 418.33），其次是枸橼酸芬太尼注射液和盐酸吗啡片，并且均呈逐年升高趋势。2015年8月至2016年7月、2016年8月至2017年7月、2017年8月至2018年7月医院各类麻醉药品的限定日费用变化较小，硫酸吗啡缓释片、芬太尼透皮贴剂（2.5 mg）的排序比接近于1（2015年8月至2016年7月、2016年8月至2017年7月、2017年8月至2018年7月分别为1.12、1.00、1.10与0.80、0.82、1.00）。结论    医院麻醉药品使用比较合理，基本符合麻醉用药的相关规定，但临床医师对剂型的合理选择意识较弱，在管理方面还需不断完善。

• 【Abstract】Objective    To analyze the application of narcotic drugs in the First People′s Hospital of Chuzhou from August 2015 to July 2018. Methods    Retrospective analysis was performed to analyze the expenses, sale amounts, medication frequency(DDDs), defined daily dose, defined daily cost(DDC) and expenses order to DDDs order ratio(B/A) of anesthetic drugs in the First People′s Hospital of Chuzhou from August 2015 to July 2018. Results    From August 2015 to July 2018, annual expenses of sufentanil citrate injection was 206 700.40 yuan（August 2015 to July 2016）, 274 028.54 yuan（August 2016 to July 2017） and 307 190.91 yuan（August 2017 to July 2018）; it was the top among narcotic drugs; oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablet (10 mg) was the second. DDDs of morphine hydrochloride injection was the highest(8 505.00, 10 026.67, 11 418.33), followed by sufentanil citrate injection and morphine hydrochloride tablet. From 2015 to 2018, variation of DDC of narcotic drugs was small; B/A values of morphine sulfate sustained-release tablet（1.12, 1.00, 1.10） and fentanyl transdermal patch（2.5 mg）（0.80, 0.82, 1.00） were reasonable. Conclusion    Use of narcotic drugs is basically reasonable, but the rational choice of drug form needs to be strengthened.
