• 【摘要】肌腱病是临床常见病和多发病，其发病机制复杂，目前仍未完全阐明。在临床上肌腱病仍是采取经验性对症治疗，缺乏明确的治疗方案，其中一个重要的原因是没有明确其发病机制及在分子水平各种细胞因子的传导通路。本文从白细胞介素家族通路、神经元炎症通路和一氧化氮通路等方面，进一步对肌腱病的炎性机制相关文献进行综述，为临床治疗肌腱病提供一些理论依据。

• 【Abstract】Tendinopathy is a common disease with unclear pathogenesis. Most of the patients are given empirically symptomatic treatments and there is no definite therapeutic plan, which is partially due to the unclear pathogenesis and molecular basis of cytokine transduction mechanisms. This paper reviewed literatures regarding the inflammatory mechanisms in tendon disease and elaborated related molecular pathways such as interleukin family pathway, neuronal inflammation pathway and carbon monoxide pathway, providing a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of tendon disease.
