体外受精-胚胎移植术后自发性早产与自然杀伤细胞亚群变化的关系

• 【摘要】目的    探讨体外受精-胚胎移植（IVF-ET）术后自发性早产与自然杀伤细胞亚群变化之间的相关性。方法    选取2017年1—12月广西壮族自治区妇幼保健院IVF-ET术后早产者11例（IVF-ET早产组）、自然妊娠早产者25例（自然妊娠早产组）和自然妊娠足月分娩的产妇5例（正常妊娠组），测定外周血及母胎界面蜕膜组织中自然杀伤细胞亚群比例，并进行统计分析。结果    IVF-ET早产组外周血中CD+56CD+16/CD+56CD-16明显高于自然妊娠早产组和正常妊娠组［（5.35±3.54）比（3.00±2.97）、（1.54±1.30）］，差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05)。IVF-ET早产组和自然妊娠早产组蜕膜组织中CD+56CD+16、CD+56CD-16自然杀伤细胞比例明显高于正常妊娠组［（8.0±1.4）%、（7.6±3.8）%比（5.5±0.6）%，（15.4±2.4）%、（19.4±9.5）%比（12.2±1.5）%］，差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05)。结论    蜕膜组织中CD+56CD+16自然杀伤细胞比例升高可能是IVF-ET术后发生早产的一个重要因素。

• 【Abstract】Objective    To investigate the relation between natural killer(NK) cell subsets and spontaneous preterm delivery after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET). Methods    Between January and December 2017, 11 cases of preterm delivery after IVF-ET(IVF-ET group), 25 cases of preterm delivery of natural pregnancy(preterm delivery group) and 5 cases of full-term delivery(normal group) were enrolled at the Maternal & Child Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. NK cell subsets in peripheral blood and decidual tissue of maternal-fetal interface were tested. Results    Peripheral blood CD+56CD+16/CD+56CD-16 in IVF-ET group was significantly higher than that in preterm delivery group and normal group［（5.35±3.54） vs （3.00±2.97）,（1.54±1.30）］(P＜0.05). Ratios of CD+56CD+16 and CD+56CD-16 in decidual tissue in IVF-ET group and preterm delivery group were significantly higher than those in normal group［（8.0±1.4）%,（7.6±3.8）% vs （5.5±0.6）%; （15.4±2.4）%,（19.4±9.5）% vs （12.2±1.5）%］(all P＜0.05). Conclusion    Increased CD+56CD+16 NK cell may be a main factor of preterm delivery after IVF-ET.
