超声心动图在心房颤动诊疗中的应用进展

• 【摘要】心房颤动在临床上越来越常见，危害巨大。超声心动图在心房颤动的诊疗中具有非常重要的作用，不仅可以准确识别心房颤动病因，精确评估心脏结构和功能，更为重要的是，经食管超声心动图是评估左心耳形态、功能和血栓的金标准。超声心动图在心房颤动的新型治疗方式中具有很重要的作用，指导房间隔穿刺并筛选合适的经导管左心耳封堵术或外科夹闭术患者，并实时指导和监测术中的情况，还可用于术后随访治疗效果和并发症。心腔内超声近年发展迅速，可作为经食管超声的一种替代检查。

• 【Abstract】Atrial fibrillation is a common and harmful disease. Echocardiography plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of atrial fibrillation. It can not only accurately identify the cause of atrial fibrillation and evaluate the structure and function of heart, but also demonstrate the morphology and function of left atrial appendage, providing capital standards for the indication of left atrial appendage thrombus. In novel procedures treating atrial fibrillation, transesophageal echocardiography can help guide atrial septal puncture and monitor appropriate transcatheter left atrial appendage occlusion or surgical clipping in real time. It is convenient and reliable to provide reference for follow-up treatments and complication observation. Intracardiac echocardiography had become a viable alternative to transesophageal echocardiography in recent years.
