妊娠剧吐的中西医研究进展

• 【摘要】妊娠剧吐属于中医“妊娠恶阻”的范畴。其病因尚不明确，内分泌因素为潜在的重要因素。随着社会医学模式的进步，妊娠剧吐患者的心理健康日益受到重视。现代医学多针对体液丢失、营养缺乏进行静脉输液治疗；呕吐剧烈时使用止吐药，配合心理干预，能有效纠正水电解质紊乱，预防并发症。然而静脉输液不能有效缓解呕吐等不适症状，止吐药因其安全性在使用时受到限制。中医治疗以调气和中、降逆止呕为基本治疗原则，根据体质不同，兼以温中、清肝、化痰。中西医各具优势，较西医治疗，中医不良反应小，方法多，具有广泛性，治愈率高，取得显著成效。本文收集并分析近年来中西医治疗妊娠剧吐的方法和疗效。

• 【Abstract】Hyperemesis gravidarum(HG) belongs to the category of "pernicious vomiting of pregnancy" in traditional Chinese medicine. Endocrine factors may play important roles in the pathogenesis of HG. With the progress of social medical pattern, psychological mental health of patients with HG attracts more attention. In Western medicine, intravenous infusion is routinely used to treat nutritional deficiency, correct fluid loss and electrolyte disturbances; antiemetic drugs are used in combination with psychological intervention to relieve severe vomiting and prevent complications. But intravenous infusion is lack of significant efficacy and antiemetic drugs are limited due to the side effects. In traditional Chinese medicine, the main therapeutic principle for HG is to regulate Qi and compress vomiting; adjunctive methods such as warming spleen and stomach, removing heat from liver and removing phlegm from lung are used according to the physique theory. Chinese medicine has less side effects and more alternative methods compared with Western medicine, and it has been proved remarkable curative efficiency in many fields. This article reviewed the treatments for HG in traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
