右美托咪定应用于剖宫产麻醉的研究进展

• 【摘要】剖宫产术是现代产妇分娩的重要术式，剖宫产术中以及术后缓解产妇焦虑、紧张情绪，减轻产妇术中以及术后疼痛，以及减少产妇术后并发症十分重要。右美托咪定现已广泛应用于临床，且研究证明其可辅助麻醉镇静，减少疼痛，降低术后寒战与谵妄的发生率，且对胎儿无不利影响。本文将简要综述近年右美托咪定应用于剖宫产麻醉的研究进展。

• 【Abstract】Cesarean section is an important procedure in modern obstetrics. It is important to relieve maternal anxiety and tension, reduce perioperative pain and complications in patients undergoing cesarean section. Dexmedetomidine is widely used and its sedation and analgesia effects have been proved. Dexmedetomidine can also reduce postoperative shivering and delirium, with no adverse effect on fetus. This article reviewed the research progress of dexmedetomidine anesthesia for cesarean section.
