• 【摘要】肺血管疾病包括慢性血栓栓塞性肺动脉高压、肺栓塞、肺血管炎等。随着导管技术的发展，对于部分肺血管疾病通过介入治疗也可以达到比较好的疗效。本研究简述了常见的几种肺血管疾病介入治疗的发展历程、疗效随访和未来的发展方向。

• 【Abstract】Pulmonary vascular diseases include chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary embolism, pulmonary vasculitis, etc. With the development of catheter technology, the clinical efficacy of interventional therapy for pulmonary vascular diseases has been improved. This article briefly described the development history, clinical efficacy and outcomes, new achievements and perspectives of interventional therapy treating common pulmonary vascular diseases.
