• 【摘要】肺炎链球菌可引起侵袭性肺炎链球菌性疾病和非侵袭性肺炎链球菌性疾病，其引起的感染性疾病已成为世界范围内严重的公共卫生问题之一，严重威胁到儿童的健康和生命安全，也给社会带来了巨大的经济负担。本文对肺炎链球菌的流行病学、耐药现状及特异性疫苗预防等方面进行综述，以期为肺炎链球菌性疾病的临床诊治和防控提供参考。

• 【Abstract】Streptococcus pneumoniae infection can cause invasive pneumococcal disease and non-invasive pneumococcal disease. Pneumococcal disease has become one of the most severe worldwide public health problems, seriously threatening health and bringing enormous economic burden to the society. This article reviewed the epidemiology, drug resistance, vaccine and prevention of Streptococcus pneumoniae infection, providing reference for clinical diagnosis and control of pneumococcal disease.
