托吡酯与其诱导的葡萄膜炎回顾总结

• 【摘要】托吡酯是一种新型抗癫药物，可用于成人及2岁以上儿童部分性癫的单药或辅助治疗，近年来也用于偏头痛的预防性治疗及肥胖症的治疗。托吡酯与眼部相关的不良反应主要为急性近视和继发性闭角型青光眼，除此之外，托吡酯还可引起葡萄膜炎，此并发症较罕见不易被意识到，且不及时治疗可导致严重的后遗症，包括永久失明。本文对托吡酯与葡萄膜炎的相关文献进行综述，以期引起神经内科临床医师的重视。

• 【Abstract】Topiramate is a new anti-epileptic drug that can be used for single or adjuvant treatment of partial epilepsy in adults and children over 2 years old. It has also been used in the prevention of migraine and the therapy of obesity in recent years. Major adverse effects of topiramate related to ocular system are acute myopia and secondary angle-closure glaucoma. In addition, many studies have found that topiramate can cause uveitis, which is difficult to be recognized by clinicians, but delayed treatment can lead to serious complications including permanent blindness. This paper reviewed the relation between topiramate and uveitis.
