• 【摘要】全膝关节置换术(TKA)被认为是最成功的手术之一，全世界每年都有越来越多的患者采用TKA来减轻疼痛和改善关节功能。TKA术后不正确的康复治疗可能导致力量和活动范围的恢复不足，从而导致不理想的功能结果。因此TKA术后康复治疗方式的选择已成为一个迫切需要解决的临床课题。本文回顾近年来TKA术后患者康复治疗的文献研究，对连续被动运动、冷敷和加压、平衡训练、水疗等康复模式的有效性和实用性进行综述，为TKA术后患者康复治疗实践提供参考。

  
  

• 【Abstract】Total knee arthroplasty(TKA) is effective in reducing pain and improving joint function in patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint. Inappropriate rehabilitation after TKA may result in inadequate recovery of strength and joint motion that lead to poor functional outcomes. Optional choice of postoperative rehabilitation has become a hot topic under clinical investigation. This paper reviewed recent literatures on rehabilitation therapy after TKA, discussed the effectiveness of rehabilitation methods such as continuous passive exercise, cold compress and pressure, balance training and hydrotherapy.
