• 【摘要】脑卒中是世界范围内导致死亡和严重残疾的重要疾病之一，其中缺血性脑卒中占87%，而急性缺血性脑卒中患者1年内的病死率高达10%，致残率也高达20%～25%，因此急性缺血性脑卒中患者的早期有效治疗至关重要。目前，组织型纤溶酶原激活物静脉溶栓治疗和血管内血栓切除术成为急性缺血性脑卒中的标准治疗方案，而急性缺血性脑卒中的其他治疗方法也是有效的辅助治疗。本文将对急性缺血性脑卒中的临床治疗研究进展进行综述。

• 【Abstract】Stroke is one of the leading causes of death and disability worldwide, among which ischemic stroke accounts for 87%. The 1-year mortality rate of acute ischemic stroke is 10% and the disability rate is 20%-25%. Therefore, early intervention for acute ischemic stroke is essential to improve the prognosis. Intravenous thrombolysis with tissue plasminogen activator and endovascular thrombectomy are the major standard treatments of acute ischemic stroke. Other adjuvant therapeutic measures have proven to be effective as well. This paper reviewed the research progress in clinical treatment of acute ischemic stroke.
