• 摘要：

• 脓毒症是由潜在或已知感染等因素引起的全身炎症反应，进展后可出现感染性休克及多器官功能障碍而危及生命。脓毒症不是一个独立的疾病，而是一个复杂的、动态的、一系列生理功能和代谢紊乱的临床综合征。脓毒症休克是感染性疾病炎性反应发展的终末阶段，早期诊断对患者的治疗及预后起到非常关键的作用。然而，目前脓毒症的诊断仍无有效的金标准，没有高敏感度和特异度的单一生物标志物。本文复习了3次脓毒症诊断共识的区别及联系，综述脓毒症及脓毒症休克的早期诊断相关研究进展，以加深对脓毒症的认识。

• Sepsis is a systemic inflammatory response caused by infection or potential infective factors. Severe patients can suffer from septic shock and multiple organ dysfunction. Sepsis is a dynamic clinical syndrome with a series of physiological dysfunction and metabolic disorders. Septic shock is the late stage of inflammatory reaction in patients with infectious disease. Early diagnosis of sepsis plays an important role in the treatment and prognosis of disease. However, there is still no diagnostic standards, high-sensitivity and high-specificity biomarkers. This article summarized 3 versions of consensus on sepsis diagnosis and early diagnosis of sepsis and septic shock.
