两种血管闭合装置在经皮冠状动脉介入治疗中的临床应用效果评价

  • 目的 评价两种血管闭合装置ExoSeal血管封堵器与Perclose血管缝合器在经皮冠状动脉介入治疗中应用的效果和安全性。方法 收集201816月首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院收治的122例经股动脉行冠状动脉介入治疗患者的临床资料。诊疗术中分别采用ExoSeal血管封堵器(ExoSeal组,58例)和Perclose血管缝合器(Perclose组,64例)方法 对股动脉穿刺点止血。记录并比较2组患者封堵成功率、操作时间、止血时间、制动时间、外周血管并发症。结果 2组患者封堵成功率和制动时间比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P0.05)。ExoSeal组操作时间和止血时间均明显短于Perclose组[(2.33±0.18min比(4.15±0.40min、(4.36±0.27min比(6.91±0.43min],差异均有统计学意义(均P0.01)。2组外周血管并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 两种血管闭合装置止血用于冠状动脉介入诊治术后,并发症少,安全有效,其中Exoseal血管封堵器的操作更加简便。

  • Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of ExoSeal vascular closure and Perclose vascular suture device in percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI). Methods From January to June 2018 clinical data of 122 patients undergoing coronary intervention through the femoral artery admitted to Beijing Anzhen Hospital, Capital Medical University were collected. ExoSeal blood vessel occluder (ExoSeal group, 58 cases) and Perclose blood vessel suture (Perclose group, 64 cases) were used. The success rate of occlusion, operation time, hemostasis time, braking time and peripheral vascular complications were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in occlusion success rate and braking time between the two groups (both P0.05). The operation time and hemostasis time in ExoSeal group were significantly shorter than those in Perclose group[(2.33±0.18min vs 4.15±0.40min,4.36±0.27min vs 6.91±0.43minboth P0.01. There was no significant difference in the incidence of peripheral vascular complications between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion The use of ExoSeal vascular closure and Perclose vascular suture device have good effects and safety in patients undergoing PCI.
