• 摘要：

• 本研究旨在探索综合医院全覆盖的三级预检分诊体系在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控工作中的应用价值。将一级预检分诊初筛前移至院外，二级预检分诊台设在各诊室门口前，三级分诊在各诊室内完成。重新规划梳理医院出入通道，对医院进出人员进行分类筛查管理。利用信息化手段提高预检分诊工作效率，对预检分诊人员进行护理部统一调拨培训考核管理，提高预检分诊专业能力，加强数据收集上报和职业防护。三级预检分诊体系规范建设能够一定程度上迅速、有效、无漏点地甄别新型冠状病毒肺炎疑似病例，避免交叉感染，对疫情防控具有重要意义。

• The aim of this research was to investigate the value of three-step screening triage system for the prevention and control of corona virus disease-19（COVID-19） in general hospitals. The first step is pre-hospital screening and classification. The second step is completed at the triage counter of hospital. The third step is covered in specific departments. Each patient visiting or leaving hospital is intensively monitored. Information technology is used to improve the efficiency of screening and triage. Medical staffs participating in the system have went through comprehensive training and examination. Clinical data during the outbreak of COVID-19 should be collected and reported in time. Occupational protection should be given more attention. It is of great importance to identify COVID-19 suspected cases with the application of three-step screening triage system, thereby avoiding cross infection and promoting epidemic prevention and control.
