• 摘要：

• 恶性肿瘤患者在围术期常存在贫血而需要输血治疗。然而，输血在抢救患者生命的同时，也对其机体特别是免疫功能存在不良影响，不同输血方式的影响不同。本文从围术期输血与恶性肿瘤患者的预后、输血影响免疫的相关机制及不同输血方式对免疫功能的影响等方面分析，对围术期的恶性肿瘤患者提出了相应的血液管理方案。

• Malignant tumor patients with anemia need perioperative blood transfusion treatment, which may affect the immune function. This paper reviewed the relation of blood transfusion with tumor outcomes, the effect of different blood transfusion regimens on immunity, and suggested reasonable blood management measures during perioperative period in malignant tumor patients.
