• 摘要：

• 目前新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）疫情肆虐全球，仍处于大流行阶段。连续奋战数月后，中国疫情形势总体趋于稳定，防控工作也已经从应急状态转为常态化。但散发病例引起聚集性疫情风险不容忽视，仍需“外防输入、内防反弹”。本次疫情中，中国政府及时采取科学有效的防控措施，全国人民在中国共产党的正确统一领导下团结一致，有效地遏制了COVID-19疫情在中国的流行。有鉴于此，人们日常生活中养成良好的卫生习惯、做好个人防护对于防治传染病流行至关重要，本文总结个人防护相关知识，旨在帮助公众在常态化疫情防控中做好个人防护，减少疾病的发生与传播。

• The current  Corona virus disease-19 (COVID-19) epidemic has ravaged the world and is still in the pandemic stage. After several months of continuous fighting, the epidemic situation in China has generally stabilized, and the prevention and control work has shifted from an emergency state to a normal state. However, the risk of a clustered epidemic caused by sporadic cases cannot be ignored, and "external prevention of import and internal prevention of rebound" is still needed. During this epidemic, the Chinese government took timely scientific and effective prevention and control measures, and the people of the whole country were united under the correct and unified leadership of the Communist Party of China, which effectively contained the epidemic of the new crown epidemic in our country. In view of this, it is essential for the people to develop good hygiene habits and personal protection in daily life to prevent and control infectious diseases.
