• 摘要：

• 全球糖尿病患者心血管不良事件的发生率和死亡率逐年升高，其中一个重要的原因在于糖尿病患者大多存在冠状动脉微血管功能障碍（CMD）。糖尿病患者CMD的发病机制复杂，评价和治疗手段多样，目前国际上尚无专门针对糖尿病合并CMD的指南或共识，且缺乏大样本的临床研究来证实其预后和疗效。本文主要就近年来糖尿病合并CMD的发病机制、临床表现、评价方式及治疗方法的研究进展进行综述，为临床诊疗提供参考。

• The morbidity and mortality of cardiovascular adverse events in diabetic patients worldwide are increasing year by year. One of the important reason is that most diabetic patients have coronary microvascular dysfunction（CMD）. The pathogenesis of CMD in diabetic patients is complex, evaluation and treatment methods are diverse. At present, there is no international guidance or consensus for diabetes with CMD specifically, and there are lack of large-scale clinical studies to confirm its prognosis  and efficacy. This article reviews the research progress and major findings in pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, evaluation and treatment methods of diabetic patients complicated with CMD in recent years. It is expected to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
