• 摘要：

• 感染性疾病是临床各科室的常见病、多发病，给人类健康带来极大的危害，是临床亟待解决的问题。因感染性疾病的多样性及复杂性，目前血培养及实验室指标检测存在滞后、特异度及敏感度较低等缺点，早期诊断仍是临床工作的难点。近些年来研究发现肝素结合蛋白（HBP）可用于早期诊断感染性疾病，且相对于传统感染指标，HBP具有更高的诊断效能。本文就HBP的基本特性以及在感染性疾病中的诊断价值进行简述。

• Infectious diseases are common and frequently-occurring diseases in various clinical departments, which bring great harm to health and are urgent problems to be solved in clinic. Due to the diversity and complexity of infectious diseases, and the current shortcomings of blood culture and laboratory indicators, such as lag, low specificity and sensitivity, the early diagnosis of infectious diseases is still the difficulty of clinical work. In recent years, studies have found that heparin-binding protein (HBP) can diagnose infectious diseases early, and compared with traditional infection indicators. It has higher diagnostic efficiency.
