• 采用文献回顾法检索中国知网、万方数据库获取相关文献资料，梳理我国飞行人员近30年常见疾病谱的种类，总结疾病谱的变化特点，以及目前对飞行人员的健康及慢病管理存在的问题。重点分析健康体检人员、住院人员、飞行不合格或停飞人员三个类别人群疾病的构成比情况，归纳总结多发疾病的系统类别，发现飞行人员的疾病谱特点与其职业特点、生活方式和健康管理的不足有密切的关系，总体认为对于飞行人员应尽快建立并完善以“预防为主”的健康管理模式。

• The literature review method is used to search China national knowledge internet and Wanfang database to obtain related literatures. The types of common disease spectrum of Chinese pilots in the past 30 years have been sorted out, and the characteristics of changes in the disease spectrum, as well as the current problems in the health of pilots and chronic disease management have been summarized. The Pilots are divided into health examination personnel, hospitalized personnel and flight unqualified or grounded personnel. The composition ratio of diseases is analyzed, and the system categories of multiple diseases are summarized. It is found that the characteristics of the disease spectrum of pilots are closely related to their occupational characteristics, lifestyle and health management deficiencies, and it is generally believed that for pilots, a "prevention first" health management model should be established and improved as soon as possible.
