• 摘要：

• 急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)是冠心病（冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病）中的一种较危重的临床类型，及早恢复心肌血氧是治疗的关键。对于内科保守治疗无效，且不宜行经皮冠状动脉介入的患者而言，冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)无疑是治疗中的重要一环，其目的 在于实现缺血心肌的血运重建，丰富心肌的供血供氧。国内外指南与共识中并未明确指出ACS患者行CABG的具体手术时机，国内外学者就此问题已有一些研究。本文将主要从ACS患者行CABG手术时机方面的现状与展望进行综述。

• Acute coronary syndrome (ACS) is a critical clinical type of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease. Early recovery of myocardial blood oxygen is the key to treatment. Coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) is an undoubtedly important link in the treatment of patients whose medical conservative treatment is ineffective and is not suitable for percutaneous coronary intervention. Its purpose is to realize the revascularization of ischemic myocardium and to enrich the blood and oxygen supply of myocardium. The specific timing of CABG in ACS patients is not clearly pointed out in the guidelines and consensus at home and abroad, and scholars at home and abroad have done some researches on this issue. This article mainly reviews the current situation and prospect of the timing of CABG in patients with ACS.
