• 摘要：

• 肺炎支原体肺炎是由肺炎支原体感染引起的一种常见的儿童社区获得性肺炎，可导致广泛的肺外并发症。血液系统并发症是其少见的并发症，但部分可导致严重后果甚至死亡。提高对该类疾病的认识有助于早期识别并进行及时治疗，改善疾病预后。本文就儿童肺炎支原体肺炎合并血液系统并发症的诊治进展做总结，以便临床医师对该类疾病有更好的认识。

• Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia is a common community-acquired pneumonia in children caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. It can lead to extensive extrapulmonary complications. Complications of the hematopoietic system are rare, but some cases can present with serious consequences and even death. Raising the understanding of this kind of disease is helpful for early recognition and timely treatment, and improving the prognosis. This paper reviews the progress of diagnosis and treatment of hematological complications associated with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children, so that clinicians have a better understanding of this kind of disease.
