• 摘要：

• 神经节苷脂是一类存在于哺乳动物细胞膜内，尤其是神经细胞的细胞膜内的含有唾液酸的鞘脂类。临床上用于治疗血管性或外伤性中枢神经系统损伤，但神经节苷脂类药物属于辅助用药中神经营养药物的范畴，根据国务院办公厅关于完善公立医院药品集中采购工作的指导意见，需重点跟踪监控辅助用药，规范辅助用药的应用。因此，本文从神经节苷脂类药物治疗脊髓损伤的作用机制、有效性及安全性、国内外对其临床应用的评价等方面展开综述，为临床规范及合理使用神经节苷脂类药物提供进一步的证据。

• Gangliosides are a class of sialic acid containing sphingolipids which are found within the membranes of mammalian cells, particularly those of nerve cells. Canglioside drugs are used to treat vascular or central nervous system damage, but they belong to the category of neurotrophic agents in the adjuvant setting. According to the guidance on improving the centralized procurement of drugs in public hospitals by the General Office of the State Council of People′s Republic of China, it is necessary to focus on tracking and monitoring adjuvant drugs, and standardizing use of adjuvant drugs.
